All paid plans include email support covering any trouble you may encounter while installing or operating Toran Proxy. Due to the small size of our operation we cannot currently guarantee fixed response times but emails sent to email@example.com will be answered as swiftly as possible. Usually that means we will reply in less than 24 hours. If you have a Corporate license, please mention it when contacting us and send your message from a corporate email address so we can prioritize it.
